Booking Deposit Policy
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Bookings may be rearranged once with at least 48 hours' notice. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, or the booking has already been rearranged once, a new booking and deposit may be required.
Deposits are used to secure the booking slot. Full payment for the agreed service is due on the day of the appointment, with the deposit deducted from the final invoice.

Booking Deposit Policy
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure each booking. Deposits are used to reserve the booking slot and cover administrative time, preparation and lost appointment availability. Each booking may be rearranged once only, provided the customer gives at least 48 hours' notice before the appointment time. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, or the booking has already been rearranged once, the booking cannot be changed again and a new booking with a new £50 deposit may be required. Failure to attend an appointment, late arrival or cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the deposit being retained.Service Area
