1. Booking Deposit

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with Boostcore Tuning & Remapping. The deposit secures a specific appointment slot and is deducted from the final invoice for the agreed service on the day of your appointment.

2. Non-Refundable

Because the deposit is used to hold your slot and reserve mobile service time, it is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, no-show or late notice (under 48 hours).

3. Rearranging Your Booking

Bookings may be rearranged once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, or the booking has already been rearranged once, a new booking and a new deposit may be required.

4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Late cancellations (under 48 hours) and no-shows may forfeit the deposit. Boostcore may, at its discretion, allow one re-arrangement before requiring a new deposit.

5. Final Payment

Full payment for the agreed service is due on the day of the appointment. The £50 deposit is deducted from the final invoice. Additional work, repairs or follow-up tuning identified during the appointment will be quoted and agreed before any additional work is carried out.

6. Diagnostics-First Approach

Boostcore carries out a pre-remap diagnostic check on every vehicle. If a fault or condition is identified that makes tuning inadvisable, we will discuss the findings with you before any work proceeds. If you choose not to proceed, the deposit remains non-refundable (it covers our diagnostic time and slot reservation).

7. Service Area & Mobile Visits

Boostcore provides a mobile service across Southampton, Hampshire, Portsmouth, Winchester, Eastleigh, Fareham, Romsey, Totton, Hedge End, Bursledon, Chandler's Ford, New Forest, Waterlooville, Havant, Gosport, Andover, Basingstoke and surrounding areas. A suitable, level parking area with reasonable access is required for mobile bookings.

8. Vehicle Eligibility

Not all vehicles are eligible for remapping. Some modern ECUs may require unlocking or a mail-in service. Final availability will be confirmed after we check your vehicle's software version. If your vehicle cannot be tuned, we will refund the deposit in full.
